I was just pondering over a quick cheat sheet we can save for our reference or which we can randomly think over for Agile projects . Here are few I can think of :
>>Getting your stories reviewed/tested and confirmed by PO as soon as possible rather than waiting for the the sprint review.
>>Limiting your WIP
>>Using a physical task board if team is co-located
>> Defining the Definition of Acceptance and Definition of Done
>> MoSCoW very often
>> INVEST for your stories ready to be in the sprint.
>> Retrospectives and continuously grooming the retrospective backlog
>> Doing a Relative estimation
>> Defining the Personas
>>Pair programming but not blindly for every task
